How long will I be in therapy?

The number of sessions you will need depends on many factors, some clients may see progress after just a few sessions while others may require a longer term therapy plan.

Do you take insurance?

I am an out of network/private pay practice and therefore do not accept insurance. Upon client request, I am happy to share a receipt for services for potential insurance reimbursement. I recommend each client reach out to their specific insurance company for details on reimbursement for mental health services.

How much does therapy cost?

Intake session (90-minutes): $170

Recurring Sessions (50-minutes): $150
